As scientists with a passion for preserving Australia's natural beauty and the nuanced flavours it produces, sustainability is of utmost importance to all of us at Banks and Bloom. From solar panels to biodegradable packing tape and only working with growers who care as much about country as we do, sustainability is not just good business practice, it’s at the heart of who we are.

We deeply value transparency in food production and visit all of our growers to ensure our production practices align. Our commitment is to always know and verify the provenance of our ingredients.

  • Founder of The Local Drinks Co. Pty Ltd.
  • Founder of the Yallingyup Cider Co.
  • Senior Winemaker at McHenry Hohnen.
  • Respected Wine Judge.

Rob brings a wealth of operational management, sales and marketing and production scale up experience to Banks and Bloom Distillery + Lab, as the Company transitions from stealth mode, into national and international distribution of their leading premium vodka, RTD and on-premise focused brands. 

Rob was most recently the General Manager at Feral Brewing Company, a Coca Cola subsidiary, and was responsible for building Feral into a leading national brewer with a head office in WA and more than 30 staff, spread throughout Australia.
