To enter you must complete your details on the entry form.
You must be over 18 years to enter.
You must be a WA resident as prize is non-transferable and not exchangeable for money.
Prize includes one 700ml bottle of the Banks and Bloom Distillery + Lab gin of the month.
Prize will be delivered to the winner
Banks and Bloom Distillery + Lab reserves the right to deem any entry invalid if it breaches the nature of the promotion.
The promotion will run monthly from July to September 2023
Winners will be drawn on the first day of each month (starting August, 2023)
Banks and Bloom Distillery + Lab reserve the right to alter, modify, suspend or cancel the promotion without notice.
Further Terms may be applied by Banks and Bloom Distillery + Lab If required.
If the winner has failed to make contact within 7 working days of announcement a new winner will be drawn.

Winner will be chosen by random algorithm.
Facebook Business Pages and profiles with fake names or profiles deemed fake are not eligible to win.
Employees and immediate family of employees of Banks and Bloom Distillery + Lab are not eligible to win.

By entering and participating, entrant agrees to hold harmless, defend and indemnify Facebook from and against any and all claims, demands, liability, damages or causes of action (however named or described), losses, costs or expenses, with respect to or arising out of or related to

(i) entrant’s participation in the Sweepstake, or
