Yes, while our spirits are not certified, they are in fact gluten free.

Where is my order?

We aim to dispatch your order within a few days of payment. Express shipping will dispatch within 1-3 days, and orders with Standard shipping will dispatch in no more than 5 days unless the order is marked “pre-sale” or “out of stock”, in which case it will be dispatched when available

Once dispatched, you will be emailed a tracking number that you can use to access Australia Post’s tracking system. There you can see where your order is now, and when it is due to arrive. Naturally, in the instance where the order has been placed with an incorrect or out-of-date set of details, we are not liable for incorrect or unclaimed delivery.

Which payment methods do you accept?

We accept VISA, Mastercard and AMEX.

Can I return my order?

It is possible to cancel an order before it has been dispatched, but not thereafter.  Heaven forbid you didn’t care for the product so note we can’t accept the return of open bottles unless there’s a genuine fault with the product; but loose lids and damaged labels do result from misadventure in transit. In these cases, do contact us as soon as the defect is discovered ( info@banksandbloom.com) and certainly within 5 days of receipt. See T&C’s for full details.

Can I return my order for a refund?

For change-of-mind or purchased-in-error returns, Banks and Bloom will refund your item up to 30 days from the date of purchase. The returned item must be unopened and in its original saleable condition. You are responsible for the additional postage charges.Email us at info@banksandbloom.com to discuss.
